The Enneagram

“Do you have a personality or does it have you?” —Russ Hudson

Imagine a mirror that can reflect how you appear to others at your best, your worst and everything in between. Would you want to look? Would it help if the mirror held no judgement, but an opportunity to move into your highest self? That’s what our coaching can be like.

The Enneagram is a mirror, a compass and a map. We can use it to see where you are so you can chart your course toward the life you want.

Based in ancient wisdom traditions and modern psychology, the Enneagram helps us see ourselves, and others, with compassionate objectivity.

With deeper understanding and self-acceptance, we begin to return to ourselves in the present moment. With practice, we reclaim awareness of our essential nature. Who we were supposed to be is gradually replaced with authentic felt experience.

As we come home to ourselves, we become less reactive and more flexible, resilient and creative. We laugh at ourselves with love instead of scorn. In other words, we become more of who we truly are. Imagine how this shift would feel in your body, your work and in your relationships.

Our steps begin to arise from a place of inner knowing. We begin to trust our true nature and our capacity for co-creation with Source. Everything we do is an opportunity to know our essential nature and the true nature of others.
